7-day replacement promise

If your product arrives damaged, dead on arrival, or develops a fault within 7 days of delivery, we replace it — no repair delays, no arguments.

How it works

1. Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days with your order details and a short video showing the issue.
2. We arrange the replacement dispatch and guide you on returning the faulty item via TCS.
3. Your replacement ships as soon as the return is booked.

Conditions

• Item must be complete with box & accessories.
• Customer-caused physical or water damage beyond the product rating is not covered.
• Change-of-mind returns: unopened items only, return courier on the buyer.
• Branded items (Anker, Ronin) are also covered by the brand's Pakistan warranty — we help you claim it.
